On February 25th nearly 500 Real Estate Agents from ONE Sotheby’s International Realty gathered at the Four Seasons Hotel in Brickell for their Annual Associate Meeting. This was once again a great opportunity to network with top brokers in the industry.
Special guest Philip White, CEO of Sotheby’s Realty, presented an overview of corporate initiatives while Liz Bentley, Founder and President of Liz Bentley and Associates gave the key note address. Her advice to the audience, “know your signature presence.”
Daniel de la Vega elaborated on the market stats and trends found in the newest TRENDS Report, announcing the average sales price for ONE SIR listings was $1.3 million which is the top in the industry. In 2015 ONE SIR was #1 by average sales volume per agent in Dade and Broward “In 2016 we will continue to dominate the market,” said de la Vega.
The Sotheby’s International Realty Affiliates Panel brought an insight from real estate professionals outside the South Florida market, experts who presented new perspectives for our team to utilize. Brokers were treated to networking and success tips from Brad Nelson, Senior VP of Marketing for SIR NRT, New York, Palm Beach and California.
The event closed with a cocktail hour that allow all attendees to network and build close business relationships.
